The 4th annual Rooftop Comedy’s National College Comedy Competition comes to an end with Penn State being named as the 2011 Champs! With TBS as our presenting sponsor, we’ve lined up some pretty cool prizes. The Penn State team wins VIP trips to Los Angeles to attend a CONAN taping and appear on Lopez Tonight – Tonight – June 15th.
